Jerald B. Miller

Jerry is one of the best people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. For over 40 years, we had a friendship to be cherished forever. He had lived in or traveled to several countries, spoke the languages, was extremely intelligent and very well-educated in several fields, choreographed for the theatre, had astonishing creativity, and was an outstanding employee in a variety of fields. Yet he was a modest person, and he had the kindest heart one could imagine. He served people in their times of greatest need with a gentle and peaceful soul that always eased their pain and gave them joy. He was a companion of and helped the elderly. He almost never became angry with others, and always was your best cheerleader when you tried to do something new or challenging. Jerry was truly “one of a kind,” and I had the honor of knowing him and sharing many joyous times together.
