I worked with Ralph many times when I started in District 3. He was a very funny person and a competent police officer. He was selected as one of the officers to go to Grand Junction and train new police officers. His nickname was "Kojak" because he looked just like the TV star. I just saw Ralph at another officer's funeral. He was upbeat and still funny. So sorry to hear of his passing. God bless his family and may he rest in peace. Jim Ponzi
