Valerie Denise Lucero

May 21, 1972 - October 28, 2018

Valerie D. Lucero passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 28, 2018 after a courageous fight with cancer. Born on May 21, 1972 in Colorado Springs, CO to Larry D. Moore and Toni Lucero. Lived in CO, ORE and TX. She was a resident of Denver, CO at the time of her passing.
Valerie loved her family, her pet Labrador /boxer Harley, and her friends. She loved the Denver Broncos she loved to smile, laugh, have fun and travel.

Valerie is survived by her father Larry Moore, mother Toni Lucero, sister Renee, along with aunts Fe, Julia, uncles and many cousins, relatives and friends.

Thanks go out to the wonderful team of care givers at Penrose Hospital Infusion Center in Colorado Springs and to the Denver Hospice Center.

Rosary Service will be Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 7:30pm. Celebration of Life Friday, November 30, 2018 at 12:00 pm. Both services will be held at All Saints Catholic Church,
2559 So. Federal Blvd., Denver. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sue DiNapoli Ovarian Cancer Society, 915 Pinon Ranch View, Ste. #6, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 in her memory.
