Timothy David Williams
Born November 9th, 1951
Died May 29th, 2016
Timothy David Williams of Aurora Colorado passed away on May 29, 2016 following a brief illness. Born in Pampa, Texas, November 9th, 1951 Tim was the youngest of nine children (eight boys and one girl) to the late Gerald and Thelma Williams of Kansas City, MO.
Tim spent most of his boyhood years at the family residence in the 5400 block of Main Street in Kansas City, where he attended Visitation Grade School and graduated from Southwest High School in 1970.
Shortly after finishing high school, Tim enlisted in the United States Navy and received an honorable discharge.
Tim was a natural salesman and wore many hats during his lifetime in various professions, from electronics consulting to owner of his own vending company for a number of years. He never knew a stranger and was quick to lend himself to others. His caring attitude and ability to strive for the best enabled Tim to consistently rise to the top of his field and maintain solid relationships with lifelong friends.
Tim had no children, and was preceded in death by all six of his older brothers. Tim is survived by his sister, Margaret, (Margaret & Robert Behrens/Kansas City) and dozens of nieces and nephews, three of whom, (Maisen, Maddie, & Julia) who were particularly close. Tim was also close to the small group of friends and classmates that kept in solid touch with him throughout his life who will also miss him terribly. They knew him as a wonderful man and a great friend.
Rest easy in God's hands my old friend. Early in life we were the best of friends and spent much of our childhood together. I miss those times. I know I will miss you, too. God's speed.
His smile says it all. That's the way I remember Tim. Many memories of years gone by, of times at the family house, school, and so many more. We were like family, we were family. Hadn't seen him in a number of years, but our family has thought of him often. So many great memories that overflow my heart. We will meet up again one day, dear TD.
I will always treasure his warm smile and loving ways. I plan on meeting up with him in the after earth life. All my love to Tim
