Sheila will always be remembered as full of life even through trying times. We met at work and had many laughs and stories. One I will never forget is her alter Shirley. She never missed my birthday! RIP, Judy Green

Sheila Aragon, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and joy.
Born in Denver, Colorado, Sheila was the daughter of Manuel and Annabelle Aragon and sister to Samuel, Anna Diane, and Danny Jeff.
A proud graduate of West High School (Class of 1970), Sheila began working at Mountain Bell shortly after graduation, where she built a long and fulfilling career until her retirement at age 54. In 1986, she bought the home she adored — a warm, music-filled haven known for its welcoming vibe and her unforgettable laughter.
She was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 27, and later received a kidney transplant in 2005. Sheila faced many of her health challenges with courage and grace. She never had children, but was deeply devoted to her nieces and nephews, many of whom lived with her over the years, and was a true source of love and support.
Sheila was a passionate dog lover and a fan of the Beatles, Billy Ray Cyrus, Ricky Martin, the Broncos, and the Avalanche — in that very order. Her vibrant energy, infectious laugh, and kind heart left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Sheila’s memory will live on through the countless lives she touched. Bold, beautiful, and unforgettable — her light will never fade.
A celebration of Sheila’s life will be held on:
