Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Our Dad left so many memories and Mark's on this world. My brothers and I can honestly say he left us with the best gift of all and thats how to be a man in this world. From being lil boys to grown men he altered our lives in many ways he was never afraid of being a dad to us and would always remind us what he was proud of and that was us. He loved his grand babies and also everyone in his life. I know he's in a better place where he is finally free. DAD YOU WILL BE MISSED AND NEVER FORGOTTEN. REST EASY AND IN PEACE LOVE YOU DAD.

  2. So many memories I'll have forever! But one of the first I'll share. When I had first got together with Shane I had made him dinner. Chicken enchiladas. He was at work but Shawn was at his apartment. I left to go pick up Shane. I didn't worry because it was a big pan. Well long story short I should've worried because by the time Shane and I got back to the apartment Shawn had eaten the entire pan! He didn't mean to but he said they were just that good! I can still hear him laughing and telling Shane he should keep me because I could cook! Well I cooked many many meals for Shawn over the years and he always told me he enjoyed my food! That guy could eat! I'll always remember the laugh. I'll remember his stories. I'll remember how he walked miles like it was nothing! How he loved that Army jacket! How he loved really long t shirts! I'll never forget his loyalty to family. His LOVE for his family! His bond with Shane. And how he made me welcome as soon as Shane introduced me. I thank you for that! Shawn I hope you're watching over us now! Because I know we will be fine then! I hope you're at peace. That's going to take a while for us. You are already so very missed ! Thank you for being part of my life! You will never be forgotten! Love Cid

  3. Shawn thank you for for speaking so much life and love into your son Blake's life.I look at him everyday knowing that whatever he puts his mind to do you will be there with him.

  4. I met Shawn when I was 13, and have known him most of my life. We met in jr high- at Deer Creek, and were inseparable until about 10th grade. We became more like brothers over the years, but unfortunately lost communication like so many people do. I saw him last in 2017 at my brother Michael's wedding- he was still the same guy that I remember- laugh and all. I always believed in Shawn despite his mean side- yes, I saw that too. A few weeks before shawn passed, I remember thinking to myself that I should go hang out with him- I miss my brother. So many memories of Shawn from when we were younger are all I can look back on. Rest In Peace my brother, I love you.

  5. I really don't know what to say but you where the best dad I could have ever asked for  I remember when my horse kicked me really bad and I ended up in the hospital I remember telling Jennifer I need my dad so she called you you met us at the hospital with a race car that had army on it that alone took a bad day and mad it better I miss your jokes and your laugh ill never forget me and you playing gta you got annoyed because the guy kept braking the window you are my best friend and I love you so much and I know you're going to be with me every day but I can't wait for the day when I get to see your smile and hear your voice but most importantly give you a over due hug

  6. Shawn, thank you brother for being there for me when we needed each other the most. When I meet Shawn it was around the time my service animal Haus had passed early in life. I was a mess a complete mess, so I had the opportunity to help a brother out in a tough spot. So I jumped on the opportunity to help a battle out what ever it took. When we finished everything that day we saw each other one more time but more talks on the phone and texts. We had a awesome time hanging out and getting to know Shawn more. He is a true brother in arms and a awesome friend. You will be missed.
