Ruth was born February 9, 2007 in Panama to Milton and Frances Horter. She is survived by her children Kristen and John, her grandson Michael Spooner and her 3 devoted dogs Heidi, Katie and Sheba.
Services will be held on Thursday, February 8th at 1:00 p.m. at the Bullock Colonial Chapel. Interment will be held at the Ripley Cemetery in Litchfield, Minnesota.
