On December 19, 2019, Ronald Creighton Tucker, passed away at age 73 after bravely battling brain cancer for more than six years.

Ron was born on May 24, 1946 in Anderson, Indiana to Edward and Betty (Carver) Tucker. He served in Vietnam with the US Army. Ron received degrees from Purdue University and the University of Indiana Law School before moving to Denver with his family in 1984. He practiced real estate law in the Denver area for nearly 30 years.

Ron was a loyal friend with a passion for musicals, practical jokes, key lime pie and vodka gimlets. From exploits with his Extravaganza boys, to playing cowboy at a working Idaho ranch, Ron was always up for adventure. Ron never missed trivia night or a euchre game with his Hoosier buddies.

Ron is survived by his wife Martha, his daughter Nora, his son Cory, and Cory’s wife (Stephanie) and their three children (Noah, Alexandra and Sophia). Ron will be buried in Fort Logan National Cemetery at a small ceremony after Christmas. A Celebration of Life in Ron’s honor will be held in January. Special thanks to the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center and The Denver Hospice who lovingly supported Ron and his family throughout his battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be sent to The Denver Hospice.
