Robert M. White

Robert M. White,82, beloved husband of Audrey (Turner) and cherished father
of Joan Sheridan and Robert J. White, passed peacefully at Swedish Hospital
on Monday, February 23, 2009. Born in Brooklyn, he will be missed by those
who survive him including his wife, children and their partners, John
Sheridan and Betsy Doyle, and three grandchildren, Morgan White-Smith,
Zachary and Mariah White, and many friends. Bob was honorably discharged
from the U.S. Navy after serving in the Pacific Theater during World War II.
He was a Photo Librarian for 42 years and retired to Schenectady, NY in
1989. A lifelong Brooklyn Dodger fan, Bob enjoyed reviewing the many
photographs he took and collected. While still in Brooklyn, Bob was a
devoted member of Prospect Heights Presbyterian Church serving the chuch
community as Deacon, Elder and Sexton. His unique personality and sense of
humor will be missed by family and friends he leaves behind in Colorado, New
York's Capital Region and Brooklyn.

Visitation will be held at the Bullock Colonial Chapel Wednesday, February 25, 2009 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 11:00 am with interment following at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
