Bob was born in Trinidad, Colorado, and moved to Denver when he was still a child. He attended West High School and then enlisted in the Navy in July of 1959. He was discharged from active duty in July of 1963 and met Frances Garcia shortly after, they were married on January 28, 1965. Bob and Frances had two children, Robert and Nancy. Bob and Frances were divorced after twenty years of marriage. In 1995, Bob met Geri Gonzales and fell in love again. He and Geri were married in late 1995 and remained married until his passing.
Bob enjoyed fishing and going to Blackhawk until his health deteriorated but he continued collecting coins, playing computer games and playing with the great grandkids. He will be remembered for his wittiness and funny sense of humor.
Nancy and Robert, Thanks again for sharing your dad with me and welcoming me in your family, Uncle Bob always told me how much he loved me and showed it, My Uncle did all the special things a dad would do with his own son. The list is never ending. He always made sure I had a good relationship with the Lord . Which made me the man I am. The best times if my life were in your home. You always made me feel special when we would spend time together,we would laugh for hours and just have fun. One of the best days of my life was spent with you. Thank you for the long important talks. Uncle Bob you will forever be one of the most important men in my life . You will truly be missed by me. Love You Kid!!! P.S. I would have been your get away driver any day(nursing home only). Till we meet again Clifford
