Richard Dale Atherton passed on November 6, 2019 in Broomfield, Colorado.
Richard was born December 15, 1951 in Owensboro, Kentucky to Floyd and Althea Atherton.
He is survived by his mother Althea, and two sisters Renee Fisher and family and Tonya Atherton and family. Vietnam Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Military Honors will be presented by the United States Marine Corps and All Veterans Honor Guard at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Shelter "C" 1:15PM.
