Pamela Earlene Wichert

pamela wichert

Pamela Earlene Wichert (Frederick) was born on June 10,1954 to Charles Frederick and Pauline Frederick( Smithhart). Her last breath was August 3, 2024.

She grew up in Evansville, Indian and Denver, Colorado with her two sisters Paulette and Faye. She was a farm girl whose prized pet was a bull! She loved hanging in the river with cousins and fishing. Through the adventures of her life she met Terry Wichert and they married on December 23, 1973. They would cruise the streets and play cards with friends. One particular night on Dinosaur Ridge they were sitting in the car and heard a thump and then saw a tail swing down the front windshield! Mountain lions are no joke. Needless to say she made them leave quickly!

A few years later they had two daughters, Tiffany and Cristina. Her life became all about motherhood. They had major Christmas and huge 4th of Julys. Bbqs all summer long. She ran a home daycare center and those kids became like bonus children to her. Ups and downs happened but her heart never changed. Her door was always open. She’s got 4 amazing grandchildren. Noah and Skylar belong to Tiffany. Conner and Cierra belong to Cristina. She adored and loved them fiercely.

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Your laughter, your smile, and wicked sense of humor will always resonate with me. Remembering the night we took Terry’s orange Camero down to the train tracks to pretend we were going to race it but we chickened out. We didn’t realize how much alike we were until we lived together. Rest in peace my sister! I’m sorry my call this time was too late..:-(

  2. Pammy, you were special part of my life as were your family and a great daycare mom to my girls. You also were there for me when I needed you. You are truly loved and will be missed.

  3. Terry, Tiffany &(family) and Cristina &(family),
I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many treasured memories on Belmont Street and all of you are so much a part of those. Know you are in my thoughts. 💔❤️❤️❤️(RIP Dear Friend)❤️❤️

  4. I am Sonja Berry and I want to send my condolences to the family of Pam. I hadn’t seen or talked to Pam in years to my regret. She was a special person. We were friends when our children were toddlers. She babysat for my youngest son until he could go to preschool. I regret not keeping in touch. God Bless her family .
