May Elizabeth Delay Walker

May was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred, and her son, Leon. She is survived by her daughter, Leona M. Griffin; son-in-law, Paul Griffin; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; as well as one brother and one sister (of 12).

Although born in Oklahoma, May grew-up, married and raised her family in Colorado. She was a determined, spirited, hard-working woman, who defined and exemplified the 20th century matriarch.

Visitation/Viewing is scheduled for 9:00am at Bullock Mortuary on Monday, May 1. The memorial service will begin at 10:00am and interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
