Lydia Beatrice Pintilie

January 17, 1992 ~ May 17, 2026

Lydia was born on January 17th, 1992 and passed away at the age of 34. Growing up as the youngest sibling of four, she was a baby of the family and as such received much love. Lydia was charismatic, funny, and vibrant in her early years.

Lydia fought hard for her sobriety before she became a mother, but the unrelenting disease of addiction prevailed. Everyone in the family desperately tried to help her, but in the end she couldn’t overcome her pain.

Lydia was a free spirit with a gentle heart, always ready to help you and steadfast on her beliefs. She liked traveling, being by the ocean, and was spontaneous. We cherish the beautiful memories we have of her yet are stricken with sadness at the loss of her beautiful life.

She is survived by her parents Victoria, Michael with his wife Dana, and nephew Vance, two brothers with their families, Mike with his family, David with his family, uncles, aunts in Romania and here in the States, many cousins, nieces, and also many friends.

At the end we want to remember her funny and vibrant life in her early years, cherishing the best memories we have with her.

Today she is saying, “Good-Bye” to everyone she loved here in this world and now she has found her peace being in the presence of our Savior. We are leaving with the hope to meet her one day in Heaven with our precious Lord.

Guestbook

  1. Rest in peace, dear Lydia! I will miss you, you will be always my little daughter ❤️ 💙 forever in my heart.

  2. I can still remember when we met and how late we stayed up talking and laughing, how we stayed connected over the years. You always managed to reach out at either rough times or the right time l, either way still put a smile on my face and we laughed some more and caught up. Your smile and laugh will always be with me, rest easy, be free of pain and and at peace my friend.

  3. Lydia- your spirit was unmatched in this world. There was no one like you and you touched my heart from the moment I met you. God just knew better- you’re needed there to still make an even bigger Kingdom impact here earthside. I will miss you always and love you forever, sweet friend.
