Linda Beverly Cisneros-Say

Linda passed away on July 23, 2026, age 75, at the Makarios Assisted Living
Home, Aurora, CO after an extended illness. Linda went to be with Jesus after a life
filled with faith in God and the peace that that faith brings.

Linda was born in Denver, CO on January 1, 1951, the daughter of Pauline and
Medardo Cisneros. She lived her entire life in various locations in Colorado. She has
two sons, Eric and Kevin, from a previous marriage and was remarried to Randy Say for
over forty years and lived in Arvada, CO for all those years.

She is survived by her husband Randy Say, sons Eric Hillenbrand and Kevin
Hillenbrand, her sister Karen Montes, and brother Gerald (Susan) Cisneros and his
three children, Gail Ann Cisneros, Regino Cisneros, and Billie Renee Mosley. Linda
was predeceased by her parents Pauline and Medardo Cisneros.

Linda graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1969 and was an honor roll
student. Her love of learning, quick wit and sharp mind served her well in whatever she
chose to do. After high school Linda worked for several years in the accounting
department at Montgomery Wards and worked as an English tutor to Spanish speaking
students at Pennington Elementary, Denver. Linda was fluent in Spanish and English.
Linda was married for the first time in the early 1970s and had two children, Eric
and Kevin, and dedicated herself to raising them and to married life. By the early 1980s
Linda decided she wanted to move on and ended her marriage.

Linda worked at Coors as a tour guide and then as a microfilm technician in the
early 1980s up to 1985 when she left Coors. During this time Linda met Randy and
they got married in 1985.

Linda and Randy’s marriage was full of love for each other and the new and
exciting times in front of them. They spent days and years decorating their home,
gardening flowers and vegetables and built a greenhouse with a year round garden.
Linda was a talented artist and had many paintings and sculptures in the home. They
shared a love of animals and had four cats at the same time for over twenty years.
Later they had two Golden Retrievers, Rafe and Maggie, and Linda adored her special
one, Rafe.

Linda was a fabulous cook and her and Randy cooked and baked many varied
cuisines. Of course, her favorite was Northern New Mexico cooking and chili recipes.
They would often travel to Sante Fe and Taos for vacation and to other areas in the
Rocky Mountains to camp, ride bicycles, and to collect minerals. Linda was a great
dancer and even took ballet lessons for many years. She did modeling for small
boutique stores in Golden and loved fine clothing and shoes. Linda loved to collect
jewelry, rocks and gems and decorated the home with them. She liked to play tennis
and handball. Linda and Randy would do Bible study together and enhanced their faith
in God and an understanding of what God is saying to us in in His Word.
After leaving Coors, Linda worked with Randy in their family business which was
in the oil industry and computer/IT work. Linda and Randy were self-taught on the
MacIntosh and the PC computers and used that knowledge for future jobs. She
became so proficient that she got a contract job at Martin Marietta doing computer
CAD/Drafting work on the NASA Space Station. She worked with Randy on oil and
consulting work in the home and even at times would go out on drilling rigs to work
alongside Randy. She also did photoshop editing of portraits.
Linda was a very bright, talented, and loving woman with many interests and
lived a full life pursuing those interests. She will be sorely missed, and her memory will
stay with those who knew and loved her.

The light in Linda’s beautiful brown eyes was as bright as her smile and all who
met her could not forget her.
