Kenneth Boyes Jr.

Kenneth Boyes Jr. Born May 24th. 1948, passed away on September 16th. 2011. Beloved father, and friend of many people. 'Ken' as we all knew him, until retirement, was accomplished in the service industry such as Carpentry, Landscaping etc. He also, has operated other successful service industry businesses. Earlier in his career, he was successful in working his way within management at King Soopers. Ken, was an avid outdoorsman, especially his love for fishing. 'He dreamed of catching a big German Brown Trout' and frequently went fishing to ' CATCH HIS DREAM'. The Fisherman I pray that I may live to fish until my dying day. And when it comes to my last cast, I most humbly pray. When in the Lord's great landing net, and peacefully asleep That in his mercy I be judged, Big enough to keep. Ken is survived by his wife, Carol Boyes, and son, Shane Boyes (Boyd) and his daughter Karla Ricketts, his mother, Mary Walters, and father, Ken Boyes Sr. as well as two brothers, Lonnie / Sara, and Kevin / Cindy. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces. Memorial Services will be celebrated at Amazing Grace Church 3325 South Federal Blvd. Englewood, Colo. 80110, at 1:30 P.M. on September 24th. 2011. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Denver Dumb Friends League or a charity of choice.
