Julia Joyce (Yetter) Bandimere, left her earthly body to join our saviour Jesus Christ on August 6, 2026. Julia was born the youngest of six to Archie and Daisy Yetter on June 16, 1949 in Denver. She grew up in Longmont and graduated from Longmont High School in 1967. She attended Barnes Business College of Denver and earned her associates. Shortly after graduation she wed her high school sweetheart Sam Bandimere. Julia and Sam built a family of 3 daughters and 1 son as well as a very successful ground modification business, Denver Grouting. After the sale of Denver Grouting and divorce in 2001, Julia continued on with Hayward Baker as a respected secretary, accountant and office manager until her retirement in 2019. All the while, as a working mother, wife and grandmother, Julia joyfully helped bring many to know the Lord as a devoted teacher and volunteer through children’s ministries, such as Caraway Street and AWANA.
Julia loved spending time with family, including supporting her grandchildren in their activities, sharing meals, and playing games. She had a strong faith in Christ that she showed by her ever present kindness and giving spirit.
She is survived by her three older sisters: Mary Crotts, Martha Bruning, Lois Meyers; and her 4 children and their spouses, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren: Michelle Winzent (daughter) and her husband Rick, their children: Shelby (husband David, their children Elliot and Alice) and Derek (wife, Erica, their children, Thomas and Nicholas); Michael Bandimere (son), his children: Zoey, Kira, Styles, Aylah and Cheyenne; Mindy Jordan (daughter) and her husband Beau, their children: Snow and Teagen; Melanie Archuleta (daughter) and her husband Jay, their children: Xander and Jazzlynn.
