John Sylvester Shepard

John Shepard 'Shep' is survived by his children Jaydee Shepard, Janiece Shepard, Glenn Shepard, John M. Shepard (Annette), Don Shepard (Lisa), and Mike Shepard (Margie). He has several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Shep was a long time resident of Sheridan Colorado. He also served as a U.S. Marine. He had a passion for collecting and loved helping people in need. His house was the gathering place for all. But their was a catch...if you knocked on the front door, you didn't belong and your knock would go un-noticed. But if you came through the back porch, you knew you belonged and were always welcome, no matter the time of day or night. You are loved by so many, and will forever be a legacy in all their hearts. Pop, we are going to miss all our time spent on that back porch. Boy the stories you had and the Goat story will for sure go down in the history book of your life. Our lives will not be the same without you. You were truly the strength amongst us. We love you!
