Jennifer Louise Sterger

Jennifer L. Sterger was born on July 26th, 1951 to Obie and Betty Dalton in Talbot, Indiana. One of seven children, devoted wife to Gary Sterger for 44 years, loving mother to Shea (husband Kevin) and Justin (wife Angi), and doting grandmother to Jordyn, Morgan, and Jake. Jenny and Gary were married in Kafertal, Germany on February 26th, 1971. After Gary's discharge from the army, they moved back to Gary's home state of Colorado where they lived and raised their family. They loved the mountains, frequently camping, boating and fishing with their kids throughout the years. They made yearly trips to Hawaii and other tropical destinations where she could work on her tan, sit by the pool, and enjoy a tropical drink. She spent most of her career in the medical field, most recently working as a medical office manager. Jenny loved the holidays, especially Christmas because she loved to host, cook, and decorate the house for the kids. She was a devout Christian and member of the Mile High Vineyard Church in Arvada. She was a huge part of our lives, and was not only a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother, but she was our friend and will be missed more than words can ever say. Jenny's unwavering strength, courage, and love has inspired all of her family and friends. Jenny is also survived by her mother Betty, siblings: Steve, Cheryl, Denny, Nancy, Tim, Patty, her sister-in-law Cheryl.
