"Wonderful Father, Loving Husband, Attentive Grandfather, Caring Son,
Brother & Uncle, And, Adorned Friend. Noble, Honorable, and Unforgettable.
J.R. was a friend to many from the very beginning, until the very end. James
was committed to fulfilling his promise to serve his country in the Navy from
1969-1973. James was a proud Veteran. He loved his family more than love
itself.....
He took no fashion advice from anyone. His signature everyday look was all
his; plain pocketed T-shirt's (sometimes with Broncos, Rockies, Avalanche,
CU, etc...) designed by the fashion house Fruit Of The Loom, His go to sweat
pants, New Balance sneakers, the signature Fanny Pack, and to top it all off,
his Navy Services baseball cap. (among others)
We'll miss his strength, wisdom, wits, and humor.

tortilla with everything. All the little things, is what counts. All the little things he did,
is what mattered the most. He was a perfect grandfather without even having to try.
He was as strong to hold up a family that he knew needed strength, encouragement,
and love, that no one but him could give. Grampa knew an answer for every question
I ever asked, he was my Einstein."
