James E. Pacheco, born August 4, 1950, died peacefully at home with loved ones beside him. His life ended battling cancer on January 8, 2026 in Lakewood Colorado.

James was born in Denver, Colorado, in 1950 to Esther Romero and James Pacheco. James has four sisters: Mary, Ruby, Eva, and Jeneva; and three brothers: Bobo, Davey, and Henery.

James has seven children: Sherry, Valerie, Gilbert, James, Frank, little Diane, and Mark. He also has 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts; and lots of friends and family.

James loved spending time fishing, camping, and playing the guitar… or just playing lottery scratch tickets and casinos. Fun.

His presence will be forever loved and truly missed by all.

Services will be held Monday, February 2, 2026 at Stork-Morley Funeral Home from 11:00am to 2:00pm. A reception will follow at Lakeview Event Center (address below).
