Jada Mercedes Romero, November 2, 2001 – March 7, 2025, survived by her dog Tyke (Taco); parents Anthony (Tony) and Maria Romero; brother Jordan (Shea) Romero; nephew JaisonPatryck Romero; maternal grandmother Carol Mora; paternal grandmother Mona Romero; aunt LaShawn Romero; numerous extended family members; friends; and her Disney O’hana. Preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Patricio (Papo) Mora; paternal grandfather Anthony (Grandpa Piglet) Romero; uncles Patricio Mora Jr. and Phillip Quintanilla.

Jada was a beautiful butterfly and angel, growing up, Jada loved to spend time with friends and family. She loved to cook, bake, read books, play softball, and play with our bulldogs. In softball Jada learned how to be a great pitcher and thanks to her many coaches, she learned how to be an even better teammate. Jada loved sunsets, sunflowers, cows, the outdoors, being on a softball field, and all Colorado pro-sports teams.

Jada’s lifelong love was all things Disney and after graduating college she earned her Mickey Ears as a Disney College Program cast member. Her passion was helping and caring for everyone she came across no matter where they came from. Jada lit up the room and everyone around her with her presence, her beautiful smile, her wittiness, jokes and her love of singing. Jada was the friend and confidant that no one knew they needed, she was truly a shepherd of a large flock no one knew they were a part of.

We will always love you and miss you baby girl! Until we meet again.

      Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear of Jada’s passing. Every time she came into king soopers she always had her infectious smile and always waved hello. She was truly someone special.   41. Condolences to Maria, Tony, Jordan and the entire Romero/Disney fam. I remember Jada visiting NBC as a kid with Maria. It does not surprise me that Jada ended up at Disney. As a child she was well spoken, full of enthusiasm, and what a huge magnificent soul that shown through her eyes. This one is hard to swallow. Words cannot express the sorrow, heartbreak, and grief felt by this. Blessings, Love, and Prayers to everyone affected by this tragedy. Rest easy Jada, you are LOVED tremendously.
