SMITH, IRENE M.

Born February 6, 1930 in DeRidder, LA, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2012 at her home in Aurora, CO.  She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Jim, a US Navy veteran, two wonderful children, Doug Smith (Amy), Kathy Smith Rouse (Greg); two grandchildren Matthew Rouse, Lindsay Rouse Krattenmaker (John); two great-grandchildren, Van and Lily Krattenmaker; brothers Lewis Moreno, Johnson City, TX, Ike Moreno, Tucson, AZ, and Willy Moreno (Patsy) Lake Charles, LA; sister Mary Moreno, Sulphur, LA.  A Memorial Service will be held at later date at Fort Logan National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the PeopleFirst Hospice 303 546-7921.
