Hernan Manuel Cortez-Hernandez

Hernan Manuel Cortez-Hernandez, 18, went home to be with our Lord on March 29, 2021.

He was born on August 12, 2002 in Denver, CO to Rodolfo Cortez and Susie Hernandez.

A viewing will be held Thursday, April 08, 2021 at Stork-Bullock Funeral Chapel in Lakewood for 2:00pm-4:00pm.

Services will take place on Friday, April 09, 2021 at Trinity Church with a viewing beginning at 10am followed by the service at 11am.

Interment will take place at Arvada Cemetery.

Care of arrangements have been entrusted to Stork-Bullock Mortuary of Lakewood, CO.
