Hazel was born on July 11, 1927 in Mason City, Iowa to Cecil Robert Austin and Florence Juanita (Ward) Austin. She passed away on May 29, 2012 in Littleton, Colorado. A private family graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Rockford, Illinois on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
