Gary John Matthews

Gary J. Matthews, 74, of Parker, CO. passed away peacefully at home with his wife Lindsay at his side after a 2 year battle with Melanoma.
He was an Air Force veteran, avid windsurfer, Formula 1 car racing fan, husband, father and grandfather. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA. to John and Reda (Potts) Matthews on 9th January 1947.
He is survived by his wife Lindsay, daughter Jeanene Flack, granddaughter Jasmine Flack, sisters Denise Janosek and Debbie Franzetta, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held sometime in August at the cabin in Maine, where his ashes will be scattered on his beloved Meddybemps Lake.

I think of Gary often. He was a great friend and an amazing co- worker. Always enjoyed talking F 1 racing with him. Sorry he passed so soon. I hate cancer.
