Evelyn Harriet Joransen

Ev passed away on May 2, 2010. She was born on July 11, 1920 in Chicago, IL to Peter and Ragnhild Jensen. Ev married Chester on June 20, 1942 in Chicago where they lived until 1964 when Ches was transferred to the Denver area. Ches and Ev have three daughters; Janet Christiansen of Phoenix, AZ, Joyce Joransen of Denver CO and Jean Ellis of Surry ME, and one grandchild, Lance Christiansen. Ev was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family beyond all else. Ches was the love of her life. Her children always felt her unconditional love and support. Ev is survived by her husband of nearly 68 years, her daughters, grandson, sister Grace Seabloom and brother Cliff Jensen. Services for Ev will be held May 8 in the Fellowship Hall at The Suites at Holly Creek, 5590 E. Peakview Ave., Centennial, CO at 1:00pm.
