Evelyn was a Mother of four, grandmother of 16, great grandmother of 16. To know Evelyn was to love her. She was a fighter and fought many medical battles with all odds against her and always had a positive attitude as long as she had her food and un Cafecito. As little as she was there was no taking advantage of her because she was strong, stubborn, feisty, and had no filter. She lived her life as she wanted, made everyone laugh, and adopted so many as her own.

She will be welcomed by her late husband, brother, two grandsons, and many more loved ones.

My boys always remember riding with you in the Nova as kids and getting airborn on the ditch humps on Atrisco and Foothill. You will be greatly missed by all who new you.   14. You are a beautiful soul that is lighting up the sky now. I’ll forever cherish the mornings when you sang to your Aurora while I made you coffee with a little bit of “suggie” and when you’d beg me to make you a baked potato cause who could tell you no 🤣. The first time we made tamales with Tia together or braiding your beautiful hair or helping you with your phones and those casino games 🤣 You always had me and loved me no matter what and you were an important part of who I am. I love you Grandma Rest in Peace and ill come see you soon❤️ Thank you for everything you taught me ❤️
