Eugenio "Eugene" Robert Santistevan

Eugenio [Eugene] Robert Santistevan, 61 of Northglenn Colorado, passed away peacefully on November 3rd, 2023, after a 3 ½ year battle with Cancer with his children by his side.

Eugene was born on September 10th, 1962, to Cosmis and Viola in Denver, Colorado. At the age of 19 Eugene joined the Army.

In year 1987 Eugene met his spouse Kristi Lee Santistevan [Gilkison] who went on to have 3 children, Jeremiah, Jacob, and Jason Santistevan. Eugenes hobbies consisted of Spending time with family, taking walks to the park, and Listening to his Radio.

Eugene was predeceased by Father Cosmis Santistevan and Mother Viola Santistevan [Maiden name] and Siblings Elizabeth DeHoyos, Delfino Santistevan, Ronald Santistevan. Eugene will be survived by Children Jeremiah Santistevan, Jacob [Ashley] Santistevan, Jason [Kaela] Santistevan. Grandchildren [6] Zues Santana Casares, Kristi Lee Santistevan, Anahli Mylove Santistevan, Scarlette Isis Santistevan-Mendias, Violet Skye Santistevan, and Jordan Alexander Santistevan. Siblings Anthony Giron 71, Daniel Santistevan 69, Charles Santistevan 69, Roberto 66, Michael 63, Leonard 62, Donald 57, Diana Rodriguez 55.

Eugene will always be remembered as Kind, Full of Love, and Stubborn, and the way that he knew how to make an entire room Light up with laughter. We’ll always imagine hearing him say “I’m gonna hit you so hard, you’ll shiver right down to your toenails.” one more time. We couldn’t have asked for a better Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandpa, and We will miss him every day. Eugenes memory will live on in the hearts of all of those who loved him.

A viewing will be held at New Hopes Ministry on November 14th at 8:00am, Services will begin at 8:45am.
