Eleanor was born in Massachusetts on Aug. 4, 1933. The daughter of John Stapleton and Priscilla Gidney.
Eleanor served faithfully with the City and County of Denver in the Denver Police radio room. She then moved on to serve as a meter maid. (She just may have chalked your tires or had your car booted. We will miss her much.

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Ill miss you nana and forever remember the way you said Jaimie Sue with your fierce Boston accent. Never just Jaimie but always Jaimie Sue. Ill also always remember the funny stories you shared from my younger childhood before we moved to California. Especially what I used to call my mud pies . Im sorry we missed so much time, but oh how I loved our phone conversations over the years as well as the brief visits, even though I was a bratty teenager and a later a stubborn young mother. You stuck right by me and made sure I always knew how much you loved me with no conditions. Thank you nana. I love you!

  2. Vince, so sorry for your loss of Eleanor. You and Eleanor have been such a blessing to Elaine and I ever since we first met you in fall of 2006 before we left to go back to Minnesota after visiting our son Tim near your old house.

You have been such a sweet and supportive couple for Tim and his friends.

Thank you so much. The Lord bless you in your future.

    Herb and Elaine
