55, of Englewood passed away peacefully on March 31^st after a courageous 5 ½ year battle with cancer.  She is survived by her Husband, Dann Van Houw; Parents, Brandt & Vonnie Bruxvoort; Son, Jason Van Houw; Daughter, Cameron & Jennifer Nelson; Sisters, Dan & Betty Alsum and Don & Gwen Lenderink; and 12 Nephews & Nieces. 

Visitation will be held at the Bullock Colonial Chapel on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  A celebration of Denise's life will be held at Horizon Community Church on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 2:15 pm.
