Delores Bernadette Martinez, age 61 passed away peacefully on July 26, 2020. She was surrounded with love and embraced by her family throughout her final days of life. Known as Dolo or little Dee to family and friends, she was born in Denver, Colorado on September 24, 1958 to her loving parents Vincent R. Martinez Sr. and Dolores Martinez. An attendee of North High School in Denver, Colorado, she went on to prove she was forever diligent like her father, working multiple years as a baker, a candy maker, a food vendor, or whatever it took to pay the bills. She will always be remembered for her love of the mountains, her addiction to cheesy horror flicks, and her enjoyment of holiday fun. She was a die-hard fanatic of her beloved Denver Broncos, and a devoted champion for animals and animal rights. Delores loved to spend time with her family especially her mother, who was just as much her best friend and confidant as she was her parent. She was proceeded in death by her father Vincent Sr. and now resides with him along with her brothers Vincent Jr and Randy and her sisters Julianne and Julie Marie. She is survived in life by her mother, Dolores Martinez, her sisters, Charline Romero, Rose Martinez, Maxine Herrera, her brothers, Max Martinez, Michael Chrisp, and Vincent Martinez along with multiple nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. She will be forever missed.
