David Reynolds

David Neal Reynolds, 45 years old, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado surrounded by family and friends. He was born on June 28, 1979, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Kelly Swenson (Clemens) and Richard Patrick Reynolds. He lived in several different states in his life, including Iowa, Arizona, Colorado, and North Carolina. He primarily resided in Colorado and North Carolina during his adulthood. He attended Coronado High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

David enjoyed doing jobs where he could use his hands to help people. David was considered a generous, kind, thoughtful, and faith-focused man. His relationship with Jesus meant everything to him and he enjoyed being involved with various church communities. He also enjoyed going to Christian conferences, listening to worship music, hiking and being physically active, learning about various health related remedies and vitamins, and reading the Bible.

He is survived by his mother, Kelly, step-father Tom, brother Wayne, sister Connie, brother Michael, brother-in-law Daniel, sister-in-law Kaylie, nieces and nephew Malia, Kai, and Ricky, his son Natalis Simon Olson, his former wives Mary Dix and Cynthia Lindley Behr, and his previous girlfriend Staci Bynum.

David’s Celebration of Life will occur on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 10:00 am at The Jesus Church of Colorado Springs, which is located at 3018 Virginia Ave. Colorado Springs, CO 80907.

To honor David’s memory and life, David’s family is receiving donations to benefit David’s son, Natalis Simon Olson. David would have wanted his son’s future to be invested in.
