David E. Huber

David E. Huber was born July 12, 1973 in Denver, CO to Steve and Janet Huber.  He passed December 15, 2016 after battling Multiple Sclerosis for 15 years.

David attended Leroy Elementary K-2nd, Thornton Elementary for 3rd grade and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School 4th-8th grades and went on the Christian Fellowship for his freshman and sophomore years of high school.  He went on to St. Thomas Moore Prep of Hays, KS where he graduated in 1991.  After graduation, he enlisted in the Army, but had to be medically discharged after a short while.  He went on to work at Village Inn, Caldonia's and Sodexo as a cook.

He met his ex-wife Sarah in 1996.  Dave's son, Sam, was born in November of 1998.

Dave loved to hunt, fish, cook, shoot, garden, attend concerts and play video games with his son, Sam.

David is survived by his parents, Steve and Janet Huber, his son Sam, and siblings Mike (Katie), Stephen (Tara), Connie (Casey) and Tim. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Isabelle, Gabriel, Leah, Augustine, Peyton & Josie.

David was especially grateful he was able to see his son, Sam, celebrate his 18th birthday last month.

Our family would like to extend our gratitude for the many kindnesses evidenced in thought and deed.

Recitation of the Rosary will be on Tuesday, December 27th, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Denver, Colorado.  The Funeral Mass will be the following day on Wednesday, December 28th, at 10:00 AM, also at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
