God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you, and whispered "come with me"!
With tearful eye's we watched you suffer and saw you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, and hardworking hands at rest.
God broke hour hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best!
It's lonesome here without you and we miss you every day.
Life doesn't seem the same here, since you went away!
When days are sad and lonely and everything goes wrong
we seem to hear you whisper "cheer up and carry on"!
Each time we see your picture, you seem to smile and say...
"Don't cry I'm in God's keeping and we'll meet again someday"!
so sorry for your loss.Dan was a wonderful human being and always had a good word to whoever he spoke to. we are really going to miss Dan around here at wagner eq.
Dan was a great Mentor to all of our Apprentice's. He helped them learn the skills needed to work and succeed at Wagner Equipment Co. as well in life.
Thank you Dan
Dan was a joy to be around. I had the pleasure of working with him at Wagner Equip Co while I was in the T/C group. His attitude was always positive and upbeat. He always made a point to say hi, and I always enjoyed listening to him explain with pride what he was doing. See you later Dan.
Danny lived with us for awhile when he was growing up. Our family loved him like one of our own. We visited him on one of our trips out west and he came to NY a couple of times.
Wish it could have been more often. So sad to hear how sick he was and of his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. God bless.
Dan Bourgeois was the best kind of human being. Even though we only knew him for a few years this fact was evident. He was constantly involved in helping others. Whether it was repairing what ever needed to be fixed, helping Cheri with her horses, entertaining guests with his help and stories, he was always moving and full of energy. He always seemed to be so positive in his attitude and so patient. These are all attributes of the good people in our lives. We are sure he had some down times but every time we communicated with him during his illness he was upbeat and ready to fight it out. That is the type of person we admire and aspire to be like. Another trait we all admired in Dan was his love of his wife and family and those close to him. He was so concientious in his work and work ethic. Our country could use more like him in all ways. Dan's faith in God is another quality that made him one of the "good guys" in this cynical world we live in.
We offer our sincerest sympathies to Cheri and all his family. We know he will be missed but we know he is free of pain and with the Lord.
With Love,
David and Jody David

Daniel has left a hole in my life, I have been "Broken" since GOD took him and I know he is happy now, as I would too. Finally yesterday 01-02-2020 I have been healed by GOD and I can once again, should live and grow. If GOD had not been with me all along I would not have come threw. Holy Holy Holy is the Lord almighty. Rev song PCD. Missing Daniel everyday!
