Cynthia Lee (Deter) Fernandes passed away on June 25, 2018 in Denver, CO from an extended illness.
She was born on July 11, 1955 in DuBois PA to John and Virginia Deter. She graduated from Central Catholic High School and went on to play basketball for Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, John and Virginia Deter. She is survived by two beautiful daughter's Courtney Hilterbran and Lindsey (Micale) Fernandes, whom she loved dearly.
She is also survived by 3 sisters, Stephanie Deter of Santa Ana, CA., Kathleen (Richard) Cline of Fort Myers, FL, Denise (Julius) Blair of Tipp City, OH and one brother, Shaun Deter of Kingman, AZ.
She loved her friends in her community and will be sadly missed by all.
