 Conrad Green Jr. of Lakewood, Colorado passed away on March 18th, 2018 at the age 100 years old.  He was born on December 8th,1917 in Longmont, Colorado to Conrad Green Sr. and Martha Trout.       Growing up in Globeville, Colorado, he attended Garden Place School and worked on the farms in the area with his family.     Later in life, he joined the Navy, where he served in World War II.     In 1947 he married Alma Betz at the German Congregational Church, where he continued to be a member until the day he passed away.       He worked as a carpenter for years and earned an award for his outstanding craftsmanship.     Besides being a hard worker, he also enjoyed spending time with his family, going fishing, and of course gardening (for which he had quite the green thumb).     He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, survived by his wife of 70 years, Alma Green, his 2 daughters, Nancy Ablutz and Susan Perrine, his 2 granddaughters, Sarah Running and Katie Nelson, and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Marek, Tarrick, and McKynlee.       Please join us in celebrating the life of Conrad Green Jr. who will always be remembered in our hearts.      Services will be held at 11am on March 27th, 2018 at Bullock Mortuary located at 1375 East Hamden Avenue  Englewood, CO 80113.  The burial service will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 1pm located at 4400 West Kenyon Avenue  Denver, CO 80236.

    We won't be able to make the service for I am having surgery on Tuesday.
