Caroline Pedicino

Caroline Hartman Pedicino passed away on December 24, 2020, in Littleton, Colorado, at the age of 95. She was born on April 29, 1925, at Scottsbluff, Nebraska, to Ivan S. and Blanche Emma (Stumph) Hartman. She married Eugene Michael “Gino" Pedicino on June 11, 1949, in Chadron, Nebraska. She lived a life that was incredibly full - mother, nurse, political activist, early childhood advocate, cook, avid reader, life-long learner, and lover of wine and dessert.
She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia (Gregg) Peterson and Debra (Carey Chamberlin) Pedicino; granddaughters Amanda (Michael Morin) Peterson, Valerie (Bright Kang) Peterson and Stephanie (Chris Steinkrauss) Chamberlin; and great-grandson Alex Steinkrauss.
She was preceded in death by her husband and by her brothers, Jack Hartman and Jerry Hartman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Special Olympics Colorado, 12450 E. Arapahoe Road, Suite C, Centennial, CO 80112.

God bless you Carol and your family. She was absolutely the BEST person, ALWAYS smiling, happy and finding the best in any situation. She deeply loved her family and gave her everything to any endeavor she took on. I am so lucky to have known and worked with Carol for many years.
