Married: Alfred V. (Al) Aresco, December 9, 1988.

               Passed away March 15, 2003.                                

Family: Son Theodore J. (Ted) Newsome and wife Linda M. Newsome Grandchildren: Theodore J. Newsome III

                           Anthony J. Newsome

                           Lauren Eva Newsome

                           And a loving black Labrador, Milo.

Employment: Office manager for NABISCO.

                        Later, with the accounting firm Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.

                        Lastly, the publishing firm Time Warner, from which she retired.

Bernice was an only child. Born to Louis and Nancy (Henighan) Orshansky.

Graduated from Bryant High School, Queens, N.Y., 1953.

Married Theodore Newsome, November 6, 1955. They later divorced.
