Bennie Frank Rendon

Bennie Frank "Pops" Rendon was born October 25, 1938 in Longmont Colorado to Bennie and Hope Rendon. He passed away peacefully in his home on September 20, 2019. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Julie Ann Vigil, Rendon, father Joseph B Rendon, mother Hope Blazon, brothers Kenny Rendon and Albert "Sonny" Casias, sister Caroline Rendon and 2 grandsons Geoffrey Zaragoza and Michael Pineda. He is survived by five children: Larry(Julie) Zaragoza, Lillian Zaragoza Martinez, Leonard Zaragoza, Louis Zaragoza and Laureen (Robert) Gutierrez. Also survived by his sister Venita(Kenny) Ruybal and brother Florian Rendon. He has 16 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 21 Great great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Bennie was a courier/driver for CDOT until he retired to care for his wife Julie. He loved to go fishing!!! Pops will be missed dearly!!

Pops played bass guitarfor years with various bands from Denver. Bennie and mom enjoyeddancing, and now they are dancing in the clouds for eternity!!
