Alyce Marilyn Meanwell

Loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother passed away Monday August 13^th, 2012.   She was born on August 6, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Reynold and Margie Eggeman.  She was a Physical Education teacher for parochial schools in Colorado including St. Marys Academy and All Souls. Her Zest for life gave inspiration to friends and family alike. Her fabulous sense of style and outrageous sense of humor were just a few reasons she was adored by all who had the privilege to know her.  She was very adventurous and loved to travel, Africa was her favorite.   Alyce is survived by her Loving husband of 61 years, William, children Susan and Bill and granddaughter Krista.  Funeral Services will be held at the Fort Logan National Cemetery on Friday, August 17, 2012 at 9:15 am (Staging area C) and a reception celebrating her life will be held at the Waterford on Saturday August 18, 2012
