In loving memory of Alice Hedges.
Alice Hedges, 85, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
Alice was a loving mother, amazing cook & the glue of our family. There was nothing that brought her more joy than baking cake, pie or cookies for her guests, neighbors & family. Each & every week included several games of Yahtzee, Greed or Marbles along with a double feature on Wednesdays. She was an avid sports fan & enjoyed cheering on the Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche & the Denver Broncos. Her sports were incredibility important to her & she shared the enthusiasm with her children Cindy, Steve & Shelley, along with her extended family. We will dearly miss her laughter, sassy remarks, letters & cards with stickers, her love of family & ability to bring us all together.
Services will be held at 10am on Monday, April 1st at Bullocks Mortuary, followed by a reception at the VFW Post 9644 in Englewood, CO.
Memorial gifts may be made in her name to Porter Hospice, Denver Rescue Mission, The Food Bank of the Rockies or choose your favorite charity.
We ask that you please wear your favorite sports attire or casual dress.

So sorry for your loss. She was so sweet, I got a Christmas card from her every year. Wish I could have seen her more often.
