Alan Durand Townsend

Alan was born on May 1, 1951 in Franklin, North Carolina, the oldest son of William and Doris Townsend. Alan attended Littleton High School, and afterwards honorably served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He owned and operated the Midnight Music Co. in Portland, Oregon for a number of years, before returning to Colorado. Alan passed away unexpectedly March 4, 2019. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.



Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Stork Family Mortuary, 1895 N Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80214 to include a viewing at 11:00AM and services at 12:00PM. Interment will follow at 1:30PM at Ft. Logan National Cemetery
