Timothy (Tim) Perry born: June 8th, 1969 in Peoria, Illinois passed away peacefully in his home on February 19th, 2023 in Castle Rock, Colorado.

Tim was born on June 8th,1969 to Charles Robert (Bob) and LaDonna Rhea.Tim graduated from Metamora High School in 1987 where he was a triathlete excelling in football, wrestling and shot put. After graduation Tim attended Spoon River College in Canton, Illinois on a wrestling scholarship. In 1993 he relocated to Colorado to start a beautiful family and pursue his dream of being a real estate investor. Throughout his journey he worked at various companies using his talent as an incredible salesman. In 2001 he founded PerryCo Inc, where he built homes and created a successful roofing company for well over two decades.

Above all these things Tim was a dedicated, loving and caring father. He is survived by his five children; Brooke Marie Perry, Grace Marie Perry, Tyler Charles Perry, Sydney Rhea Perry and Cael Charles Perry. All of whom were his passion, pride and joy.

He is also survived by beloved parents Bob and LaDonna. As well as three brothers: Charles "Chuck" Perry, Tracy L Hayes and Rex Randall "Randy" Hayes. Tim was a charismatic and loving man who never took no for an answer. His legacy will be remembered and the impact he had on his loved ones will never be forgotten.

Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Loreto Parish. 18000 E Arapahoe Rd, Aurora, CO 80016. On March 31st at 4 pm a reception to follow at 5.
