Born in: Denver, Colorado
Resided in: Denver, Colorado

We gather in deep love and remembrance to celebrate the life of Ann Trujillo, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at the age of 82. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, she touched the lives of everyone she met with her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering strength.

Born on September 26, 1943 in Denver, Colorado, Ann lived a life rooted in faith, kindness, resilience, and grace. She was the heart of our family — the one who remembered every birthday, offered encouragement during tough times, and made every gathering feel like home.

She had a gift for poetry and was a talented artist. She found joy in the simple things — family dinners, heartfelt conversations, and watching her family grow. She taught us to love deeply, laugh often, and cherish every moment.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 10:00am, at St. Paul’s Community Church, 8001 W. 23rd Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado. We invite all who knew her to join us in honoring her memory. Please bring your stories, your laughter, and your love, as we remember a life so beautifully lived and a heart so deeply loved.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Colorado Pet Pantry, in her honor. She loves animals and rescued many shelter dogs.

Well done, good and faithful servant… enter into the joy of your Lord.” – Matthew 25:23

Guestbook

  1. Ann was a bright light in my life. We had been friends for almost 70 years. She read her Bible every day and trusted that God had a beautiful future in store for her. She loved her children and grandchildren and spoke of them always. Ann was a strong believer in friendships. She was loyal to her friends and gave of herself not wanting anything in return. I feel honored and grateful that she graced my life.

  2. Auntie Ann was an Artist and wrote poetry,
She was good at it and often would
    Share her works with me,
