Our honored father peacefully passed from this world on December 10, 2023 at 94 years old. He leaves behind his wife Ferne, children, Andy and Donna, and Tim, grandchildren Michael and Jennifer, Shannon and Matt, Jesse and Haley and Jessica as well as 12 great grandchildren, AJ, Catherine, Isabelle, Holden, Matthew, Preston, Sidney, Zayma, Alister, Malachi, Elijah, and James who will miss him dearly; but has joined Rachel who has gone on ahead of all of us. There will be a graveside committal on 11:30 am, Friday, December 15, at Littleton Cemetery, 6155 S Prince St. Littleton, CO ; a Celebration of Life Memorial service held at Bridgeway Church, 5201 E Warren Ave. Denver, CO 80222 on 11:00 am, December 16, 2023.

Dr. Millar was our family doctor for all my growing up years in Montgomery, NY. He was gentle and kind. My mother, Lillian Spinelli, lives with us now since my father Joe went to be with the Lord 2 years ago, and she wants me to add that she is grateful for the good care Dr. Millar took of her elderly father (Howard Klenk) when he lived with my parents at the end of his life. He and Dr. Millar had many good talks about the things of the Lord. The doctor's waiting room was full of Christian literature, and his openness about his faith was an example to me in my life. Now my husband is a Christian doctor, and his waiting room is also full of Christian literature! Our deepest sympathy to Dr. Millar's wife and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
