Allen Westley Hjelm

Allen W. Hjelm passed away on December 8, 2020, due to Covid-19.
He was born in Boyd, Minnesota to Arnold and MayBelle Hjelm.
On August 6, 1960 he was married to Rosella Solting, his high school sweetheart.
Following high school graduation from Boyd, he attended Hanson Trade School
In Fargo, ND.
His hobbies were cars and motorcycles, during the first 15 years of marriage he
drag raced cars. He then went into motorcycles and with his sons did a lot of
riding and was a mechanic for them. He enjoyed all the travels across the
United States and in Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a twin sister and brother.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Rosella, sons John (Lu Ann) and Wes and
grandchildren Kory and Scott, brother Ronald (Arlene) and nieces, nephews and cousins.
