Michael Phillip Mascarenas

Michael “Mike” Mascarenas passed away in Denver, CO on February 5th 2023 at the age of 55 years old.

Michael Mascarenas,known as Mike, was born in Denver, CO on July 4th 1967 to Richard and Christine Mascarenas. He resided in Thornton, CO. He worked for the City of Denver for 5 years, and was loved by all of his co-workers. He enjoyed everything outdoors ranging from boating, to taking out his ATV, and camping. He shared his love of being outdoors with his kids and grandkids. He also cherished his Harley Davidson, and attended Sturgis every year. He loved classic cars, and would often be working on his own vehicles and motorcycle. He would always have a project going within his home. Aside from working and staying busy, he loved to have fun, and joke around. It was rare seeing him without a smile or cracking jokes. He was one of Denver’s biggest Bronco fans and loved attending the games. He also adored and spoiled his dogs Rylee, and Mia.

Michael “Mike” Mascarenas is survived by his Wife Connie James, his children’s Mother Jody Martinez; Mother Karen Mascarenas; Children Michael Martinez(Dezirae), Vanessa Martinez(Ruben), Aaron James; Grandkids Adriana Martinez, Aryiah Puente, Aubrie Martinez, Aaliyah Puente, Audrina Martinez, Ruben Puente Jr., Isaiah Martinez, and D’meeko Martinez; Sister Veronica Mascarenas(Alonzo), Brother Anthony Mascarenas, and Sister Rebecca Snyder; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends. Preceded in death by parents Richard and Christine Mascarenas, Brother Richard “Rick” Mascarenas and Son Michael Sanchez.
