Ruth Remedi, 97, of Englewood, CO passed away on March 19, 2014. She is survived by her beloved husband of 74 years, Andrew, two sons, James (Camille) of Austin, TX and Richard of Denver; grandson Michael and granddaughter, Juliana, both of Phoenix, AZ, brother Harold of Princeton, IL and sister, Dorothy Morrison of Andover, MN. Ruth was born to Lora Ellen and William Joel Ernst on January 7, 1917 in Hancock, MN. She married Andrew Remedi in 1939 in Hinsdale, IL. In 1949 they moved to Denver, CO. She was the quintessential homemaker providing a spotless home, delicious meals and in her spare time enjoyed gardening and sewing. She was known for her sweet rolls and pies, which she happily provided for her church bake sales. The celebration of her life is shrouded by the tears of those she touched.
